Interested bidders will be directed to the website listed below to register and bid on three unique tracts of nearly all tillable farmland. Bidding will remain open until all bids have been submitted, through the scheduled close of this event (1:00pm on November 4th). There is no live component to this auction, but the Auctioneer and Staff will be in contact with interested parties leading up to the scheduled close of the bidding process.

Locally known as the Rust Family Farm, the property will be offered in three parcels - Tract #1: 69.62 +/- Acres, Tract #2: 62.12 +/- Acres, and Tract #3: 50.00 +/- Acres. All tracts represent productive tillable land with excellent location. Look for the Auction sign and tract markers as you inspect the property.

Tract #1: 69.62 Acres ($14,400): Located on the west side of Rt. 159 and south of Rust Rd. - high visibility farm! This excellent tract of tillable farmland is comprised of Oconee, Fishook, and Marine soil series with a tillable productivity index rating of 109.9. Online mapping shows approximately 67.5 tillable acres (97.0%).

Tract #2: 62.12 Acres ($14,000): Located on the west side of Rt. 159 - great road frontage. Soils include: Oconee, Bunkum Atlas soil series with a tillable productivity index rating of 107.4. Online mapping shows approximately 59.4 tillable acres (95.6%).

Tract #3: 50.00 Acres ($14,500): Located on the west side of Prairietown Rd., approximately one and one-half miles east of Tracts #1 & #2. A very unique tract of tillable farmland with Oconee, Bunkum-Atlas, and Fishook soil series with a tillable productivity index rating of 111.4.
