There is no live component to this auction, but the Auctioneer and Staff will be available leading up to the scheduled close of the bidding process. Interested bidders will be directed to the bidding website listed below to register and bid on two tracts of Shelby County land.

Reed Family Land Auction Bidding Site

The property will be offered in two tracts:

Tract #1 is 80.00 acres with 60.86 tillable acres and has a soil P.I. of 96.6. Soils include Bluford, Ava, Wynoose, Atlas, Fishhook, and Hickory. This is a high-quality tract consisting of mainly productive farmland and some recreational timber acreage.

Tract #2 is 120.00 acres with 42.07 tillable acres and has a soil P.I. of 94.3. Soils include Ava, Wynoose, Fishhook, Bluford, and Hickory. This is an excellent mixed-use tract consisting of rolling harvestable recreational timber and small fields of undulating to gently rolling tillable acreage.
